   Learn the Holy Power of “No.” My darling, learn this early: No is a complete sentence. You do not owe everyone an explanation. You do not have to write a dissertation every time you establish a boundary. You do not have to defend every decision. You can simply say: No. Say no to what is out of rhythm with your purpose. Say no to what repeatedly drains your spirit. Say no to what requires you to betray yourself. Say no to what diminishes the person you are becoming. And remember: A boundary is not cruelty.    Choosing Presence.

   Choosing Presence. I chose smiles,not explanations. I chose presence, not defense. And Ichose music that carries my simple truth: I amstill here, and I still believe in life, and I am still capable of joy. ~Luz Adames As another birthday approaches, Ifind myself reflecting not only on what I have done, but on what I havelearned. There are moments I would not choose again and paths I now understanddifferently. Yet none of them were wasted. When I reflect on my own experienceswith kindness and honesty, they turn into wisdom. Growth is not about having aperfect past; it is about seeing the present with greater clarity. I have cometo understand that every version of me, the confused, the hopeful, thetrusting, the betrayed, the tired, the learning; helped shape the person I am becoming.Without those experiences, I could not have developed discernment, boundaries,self-respect, or a deeper understanding of myself. One truth has guided me as I raisedmy son and daughter: I did the best I could with the knowledge, emotionaltools, and resources I had at the time. I could not give what I did not yet have,nor teach what I had not yet learned. Real responsibility is notdenying the past or glorifying it. But understanding it within the reality inwhich it was lived. TodayI ask myself: Whathave I learned from what I did not know then? Whatdo I understand now that I wish I had understood sooner? Howwill I carry that wisdom forward? Thesequestions remind me that learning is Lifelong and that becomingis never finished. I recently created a video as a reflection ofthis journey. More than a record of memories, it is a message of presence,hope, and love. Perhaps one day my grown children will watch it again withdifferent eyes and realize that Iwas not simply looking back; Iwas choosing love in the present. Iwas still reaching toward connection, not distance; Ichose smiles instead of explanations, presenceinstead of defense, andmusic that carries my simple truth: Iam still here, andI still believe in life, andI am still capable of joy. I cannot change the past, but I canchoose how I live today. I smile not because everything waseasy, but because I am still here growing, learning, and believing that lovecan be carried not only through words, but through presence, intention, and thequiet courage to keep caring. Alived education that is still unfolding. I didwhat I could with what I knew. Withwhat I had in my hands, in myheart, and inmy understanding at that time.I cannotgive what I did not yet have to give. And Still,I was learning. Still,I was becoming. Still,I was doing my best within my own human limitations. Today,I see more clearly. Today,I understand differently. And IHonor both truths: who Iwas then, and who Iam now becoming. ~Luz Adames

   “Willingness is the Doorway to Growth.” Willingness is the first act of Change. Action is where Transformation takes form. ~Luz Adames Sometimes it is not a lack of knowing. It is the quiet refusal—turning away from what your soul already understands. As a coach, I offer clarity where shadows cloud your path. I place the tools in your hands, showing how they may be used with intention, with grace, and whispering the secrets the journey unveils. But I cannot take the steps for you. And I cannot choose the path for you. As a matter of fact, no one—nobody—can do the inner work required for personal growth on your behalf. You carry the power to rise. You can claim the growth that is yours alone. The transformation you seek is sacred, intimate, sovereign— no one, no matter how devoted, can walk inside this inner realm for you. Those who truly wish to grow up, to rise, to become— They are the ones who are ready to Meet themselves Honestly; They are the ones who take Responsibility for their Own Becoming. Willingness is the first act of Change. Action is where Transformation takes form. And remember: the path always answers to those who honor its quiet mysteries.
