Hosted by Ryan Carel and CJ Blakely. Lineman by trade, they share insights and wisdom they've each gained from their individual journeys in mental toughness, leadership, health/fitness, fatherhood, and more! They don't claim to be experts on any of it but come at you from a real life, everyday person perspective. Hope you'll listen in and enjoy!
