In this podcast I explore all things metaphysical. I talk about what it was like to become a medium, what communication with spirit is really like, what does it mean to experience a past life regression and beyond. We'll explore the deeper meanings of life, relationships, fear, balance, and healing, and soul expansion.

Episode 17: The Claiming, Norse Cosmology - Part 1
The first of three, this episode is the retelling of my initiation into Norse cosmology and my "claiming". In the fall of 2023, I was finally able to take a class for which I had been waiting several years to attend.
Special thanks to Imelda Almqvist for listening to her calling and taking the brave journey by leap into this unseen world and helping to guide others. You are a gift. I will be forever grateful for helping me build the bridge back to my ancestral roots and rekindle my relationships with the gods.

Episode 16: Reincarnation- My own story
Season 2 starts with the conversation of reincarnation and the telling of a story I have never shared publicly.
Reincarnation is a topic that comes up a lot in my work. My earliest "feeling" came up when I was about 16 and felt very at "home" in a previously unfamiliar place. It is that moment that planted the seed of curiosity and set the building blocks of awareness that I would use in my healing work and the foundation for understanding purpose in my current journey.
Want to learn more on the topic, check out Dr Newton's book Journey of Souls.

Episode 13: Owning our Energy
It was hard to decide what to name this episode. This episode is about using the word "weird" when talking about our personal experiences with spirit and how we approach situations with our unique energetic signatures. In this episode, I start to talk a bit about what I've been doing, where I'm headed with live streaming now that Periscope is gone... or nearly gone, and the start of a discussion around why we can't all just "get along". :) Happy listening.

Episode 12: To Fear or Not to Fear?
In this episode I recant two stories of interactions with ghosts that have been...uncomfortable and unpleasant but like everything, has brought me a deeper awareness of life after death. One story is about a ghost of a man in my home and the other of two that were in a building that I was asked to "clear". Psychopomp work is where you assist a spirit and move them from being earthbound to the light. There are a lot of ghost hunters out there that like to stir the pot and get evidence of hauntings. That is not what I do. I compassionately move spirits. Have questions or suggestions for future episodes, please reach out! I love hearing from listeners.
