Letters to My Dad Pt. 1
Pastor Troy here... sometimes we tend to bottle things up inside us and don't want anyone to see we are hurting. We smile on the outside and are in utter turmoil on the inside. I have learned recently that journaling and letting the bad stuff out can really help to stop harboring bad things. I have released so many demons through journaling then actually burning the letters to signify the end of them. Thank you!
