Casa Setaro: Dove la terra brucia e il vino racconta<br /><br />Nel primo episodio della Rubrica "The WIne Tour", vi portiamo con noi a Casa Setaro, una cantina situata a Trecase, alle pendici del Vesuvio, dove la vigna cresce tra lapilli e passione.<br /><br />Ad accompagnarci c’è Massimo Setaro, il proprietario.<br /><br />Non ama definirsi un uomo del vino, ma un figlio di contadini: ed è proprio da lì che nasce la sua visione.<br /><br />Una visione fatta di radici forti, amore per il territorio e rispetto per i vitigni autoctoni.<br /><br />In questa prima parte esploriamo il cuore produttivo dell’azienda, scopriamo quanto sia importante per Casa Setaro valorizzare il Caprettone, la Falanghina e soprattutto il Piedirosso, vera anima del Vesuvio.<br /><br />🔜 Nella seconda parte – in arrivo tra pochi giorni – ci sarà spazio per l’intervista a Massimo e, ovviamente, per l’assaggio dei vini. Inizia da qui il nostro viaggio.
