La jusdiversidad juridica nos plantea un tipo de justicia diferente a la establecida por el Estado, se desarrolla a traves de la implementacion de la justicia ancestral entendida como la forma por medio de la cual historicamente una comunidad ( comunidades negras), ha establecido sus reglas de juego en la familia y la comunidad, soportadas en la sabiduria y autoridad de los mayores, la memoria colectiva la oralidad y el mecanismo de la palabra dada para la resolucion de conflictos como garantia de convivencia armonica. En este episodio se abordaran los antecedentes de la aplicacion de la justicia ancestral y/o derecho propio en el marco de los consejos comunitarios en Colombia.
