Every episode, they interview an artist either showing in one of the shows at K.L.8, or an artist that peaks their interest in general. EP8 - Justine Cappelle - about the invisible, make-up, documentary and going beyond
The week, we had another car crash and lost part of the footage we had with this weeks artist, Justine Cappelle. We fixed it like everything else, and just re-recorded the first part.
With Justine, we talk about her upcoming movies which lean towards documentary but take an experimental step to achieve her goal of making invisible phenomena visible. While not outspokenly political or activistic, there are social topics that always peak up. Justine doesn't want to leave you with an opinion, but make you form your own through the process of discovering the world in a new way, to use eyes that see what wasn't there before.

EP7 - Mariia Dergaceva - about architecture, psychology and confidence
For the start of this season of K.L.8. car crash, we have a talk with Mariaa Dergaceva. Mariia studies at the Moscow Institute of Art and Industry, and later studies architecture at LUCA School of Arts in Brussels. Although working as an architecture, she uses her artistic practice as a way for its complete freedom to pull her technical drawings into a new dimension where they convey the emotions and spiritual essence of the spaces around her.

EP6 - Francesca Mussi - about printing techniques, exhibitions and life as an artist
In this episode, we have a long talk with with Francesca Mussi (https://www.francescamussi.com). Her practice may start out from the idea of printmaking, but it goes way beyond that. She interacts with the space, with myths, with her own body. Navigating the site-specificity of the places she inhabits with her work, she shows a print of what that space means.

Claudia’s work immediately captured their eyes by the campy and honest attitude that was clear in her photographic work. EP2 - Matthias De Wolf - about sculpture, clay and experience as an artist
