Trish Stanfill and Barb Meussner - Rein-bow Riding Academy
In this episode we get an inside take on the beginnings of what is now Rein-bow Riding Academy. It is a story of immense generosity and selflessness. Join us as we talk with Trish and Barb. Hosted at Stanfill Farms in Huron, TN, an affiliate of West Tennessee Healthcare, Rein-bow Riding Academy offers therapeutic riding and hippo-therapy for children and adults with special needs. Hippo-therapy utilizes horses in a therapeutic setting. These sessions are free of cost. One for their key fundraisers is Racing So They Can Ride, which is held on the 3rd Saturday of September. Riding sessions are held every Tuesday from March to October excluding days with extreme weather conditions.
