About Kaligo Records

Techno Label from Brazil 🇧🇷 Demo: demo@kaligorecords.com (Only Soundcloud Private Links, with a short bio) Managed by: @melgazzo The owl butterflies, called Caligo, always fly in the dark and are known for huge spots of eyes on their wings, reminiscent of an owl. Its name, in the language that originated Portuguese, Latin, has the meaning of darkness. The pattern of its wings is highly enigmatic. It is a generalized form of disguise, where many hesitate to come close, because it has patterns that resemble the eyes of many predators. However, they are unexplored, like the very darkness. From Caligo, originates Kaligo Records.

Bervon - Another Life (Original Mix) [Kaligo Records]

[OUT NOW] https://www.beatport.com/release/another-life/7343791 Release: Another Life Date: 28/08/2026 Genre: Techno (Peak Time / Driving) Artist: Bervon Celebrating eight years of Kaligo Records, Bervon returns to the label with Another Life EP, a two-track work built around dark atmospheres, driving rhythms and a distinctly cinematic identity. The title track draws inspiration from science-fiction cinema, incorporating dialogue, alien elements and carefully selected samples from films that have shaped Bervon’s artistic references. Turbo Ride takes a more intense and direct approach, reinforcing the EP’s darker character while retaining an emotional undertone. Together, the tracks explore Peak Time Techno through a combination of tension, groove and cinematic sound design. The EP also marks another chapter in Bervon’s recurring relationship with Kaligo Records, making its release during the label’s eighth anniversary particularly fitting. Across his previous appearances on the imprint, Bervon has developed a recognizable approach to driving Techno, while Another Life adds a more narrative and personal dimension to his sound.
