[…] And that's part of the city's $600 million public commitment. The additional money just comes from the cost of taking out the loan in the first place. And over the 30-year life of this loan, the city will actually have to end up paying back closer to $1.4 billion because the way that loans work, they accumulate interest over time. So it's not that we'll have to pay back $600 million or $615 million. Over time, over 30 years, the city will actually have to pay back more than $1 billion.
