Learning How to Love Yourself
No, this is not a sequel to that Justin Bieber song. What it is though, is a smattering of ideas aimed at teaching you fool proof ways to love yourself fully, unconditionally, and without reservation. Learning how to love yourself and show yourself love is one of the most important lessons we have to learn in life. This episode hopes to connect you with new ideas on ways you can show your self some TLC during this "season of love". Tips and tricks from your host, as well as submissions from Friends From The Internet (follow us @Karaconnects on Instagram!) PS: do NOT play a drinking game every time the host says "love yourself" "self love" or "self care" during this podcast- we assure you, you will not make it out alive.
