Is entrepreneurship the right way to start your career?
How can you properly celebrate success at work?
How should responsibility and decisions be distributed within the company?
How do you ensure that everyone in the team is and remains at the same level of knowledge?
Max particularly impresses with his attitude of simply tackling and implementing things. We picked up on some inspiring quotes during the interview, including ‘Be curious, not judgemental’. We realised that quotes often convey theoretical knowledge that you hear, learn and quickly forget. In entrepreneurship, on the other hand, you gain practical knowledge through action and experience. hen we later recognise our practical knowledge in quotes, they serve as strong points of reference and valuable treasures that we have worked hard to shape our mindset.

# 15 Raphael Kiesel - Making decisions!
In this episode I talk to Raphael Kiesel about life after university. He himself did a PhD at RWTH, was a member of the Collège des Ingénieurs, then became a senior engineer and is now Senior Vice President of the ARRI Group. An exciting part of our conversation was about decisions - it's like hypotheses: You make an assumption, implement it and learn from the outcome. Decisions help us move forward.
