《碳索农业》气候麻“饭”：水稻
世界上一半的人口都把米饭作为主食。不为人知的是，水稻种植贡献了全球10%的甲烷排放，而甲烷的增温效应是同等质量的二氧化碳的八十倍。控制水稻种植产生的甲烷成为了一个棘手的问题。
