EP9. 素食漢堡進台灣了！兩大素食漢堡怎麼選？ Beyond Meat, Impossible Burger
<p>最近越來越多開賣素食漢堡的餐廳，連全家都可以買到漢堡排。</p> <p>其實我第一次在美國聽到素食漢堡的時候，覺得實在是很 Fusion。因為美國人比較少因為宗教因素吃素，但是漢堡又是美國的主食。</p> <p>後來研究了一下才知道，原來畜牧業所消耗的能源很多，所以素食漢堡想要解決的是環境永續生存的問題。</p> <p>而如果無法研發出跟肉很接近的肉質，那麼也很難讓消費者取代。</p> <p>美國兩家公司 Beyond Meat, 和 Impossible Burger 我都吃過。自己是覺得 Impossible Burger的味道比較像。</p> <p>不知道大家有沒有吃過素食漢堡呢？</p>
