賴盈達醫師，將與我們談如何知道自己的嗓音出問題了，以及保養嗓音的方法，包括每天喝2000CC的水、少喝茶類和含咖啡因及糖分的飲料、講話每10-15分鐘休息2-3分鐘，還有少吃刺激性的食物‧‧‧‧‧‧等等。
賴醫師說：「每個人的聲音都是獨一無二的，把原有的特質發揮到最大、最佳化，就是他認知的“好聲音”」！
