<p>大家或許都明白，修行就是修正自己的行為，把自己的行為更正以符合佛陀、菩薩的行為，達到百分之百的無缺。說是這麼說，但是實際在做時往往少了一個重要的步驟，這個步驟就是「觀心念」。少了「觀心念」的修行，就會成為跛腳行。為什麼？因為意念為行為、語言的前導，我們要想說一句話、做一件事，沒有經過心念的策動，沒有先啟動一個心念是做不了任何事的，因此沒有觀心念，就無法正行為。</p>
