這本書真的沒有愧對他的命名，真的可以把它稱作是一本聖經，基本上是作者訪問了一百位這個在各領域非常知名的人士，不是隨便找個小成功人士來敷衍一下，而是真的非常非常成功而且知名的人士，像是Jack Dorsey 或是Peter Thiel這些人等等，作者藉由訪問這些成功人士，來看看這些成功人士在生活中有哪些習慣跟想法跟普通人不一樣，是哪些因素導致他們比你還成功。 而且這本書還有做一個分類，這本書將訪問的主題分為三大類，主要是分為健康、財富還有智慧，每個主題都有在這主題上的成功人士來分享他的看法，我覺得這本書基本上完完全全就是一本工具書，在健康方面也很多舉例直接教你怎麼在生活上在飲食控管方面或是運動舒緩方面都有實際案例來教你怎麼做。

EP10【柯特說書】被討厭的勇氣
人與人的人際交流不應該存在縱向關係，可能你自己所自豪比別人優秀的地方，或許在其他人眼裡根本不值得一提。所以我覺得看到這裡所對我的期許是，不要當個井底之蛙，多增廣見聞，好好自己增進自己的實力，而且善待身邊所遇到的人，我的觀念是每個人都有每個人所經歷的不同事件，每個人都有值得我所學習的地方，我個人覺得這才是一個比較正確的觀念吧。

可能說到速讀大家的第一個印象就是可以讀一本書讀得很快，然後不只讀得快連書中所有的內容都可以扎實地吸收進去，後來看完了雪球速讀法之後，發現速讀這件事情基本上根本不是這麼回事，當然速讀的目的就是讓你讀一本書可以讀快一點，但並不表示你讀的快，但是讀了一次就可以將這本書的內容就完全的消化了解。 那雪球速讀法這本書作者主要的觀點是覺得，速讀是建立在幾個基礎之下加上一些速讀的技巧，可以讓你在短時間內大致上了解這本書在說什麼，當你了解後再多看幾次，可以暸解得更深入，更能體會書中的內容。
