What is the secret ingredient of living?
Did you know that the more you give, the more the universe will give back to you? If you want to experience more love in your life, give LOVE to others! If you want to grow your business, help those around you to grow theirs! When you give unconditionally and without expectations, you get to experience true fulfillment and the rewards of living a purpose-driven life. Tune in to this episode to hear how I transformed my mindset from scarcity to abundance before taking off on a mission trip to Mexico!
On December 22nd of this year, I'm taking off yet again to give back to families in Oaxaca, Mexico. If you'd like to donate, you can Venmo or Paypal @YouthFit2Lead. No amount is too small, and I really appreciate your generosity to contribute to those in need.

Embracing my disabilities
In this special episode, I vulnerably share a big secret of mine.. my learning disabilities. Through my story of struggle and triumph, I reveal the challenges I went through as a dyslexic child and the radical shift I made to transform my shame into forgiveness and self-acceptance. My pain became my story, and my story became my superpower. I hope this episode inspires you to embrace your own story and find healing in the process!
