Jyothi (Light) Meditation
Light is a universal source of energy. Without light no living being can survive. This meditation as a visualization exercise that invites the light from the Sun into the body to cleanse the toxins, remove darkness and negativity, purify and energize the body to think, say and do the same thing.
Then the light is sent into the world to remove darkness and dispel negativity, to fill the world with a radiant bright light.
The light is then brought back and stored in the heart centre as an eternal companion that provides strength, courage, hope, love and compassion.
First the Light is in you, then you are in the Light and finally You and the Light are One.
