And so I decided to just switch to mornings, you know, so even if it means, you know, getting up at four 30, um, in the morning, it's, you know, it's, it's worth it. So it's like, it's kind of like once you And everybody says this, it's kind of like once you get used to it, you just do it, right? And so it's kind of like it just becomes part of your day, you know, as easily as, you know, showering and brushing your teeth in the morning. And so you don't really think about it. So other than, you know, that chunk of time, you know, for long runs on the weekend, it just doesn't feel like as much of a time suck, if you will, once it's done in the morning. […]
