KELS Talks is a podcast where I discuss events and topics to do with Knowledge, Education, Lifestyle and Society (hence the KELS). This could be real world events in politics and business, or every day topics like personal investing and how to do it. The idea is to keep talking about pressing issues in the world as well as keep sharing knowledge to improve our lives.
This weeks episode looks at motivation, specifically why it's important and how you can work towards self-motivating to achieve your goals. I'm joined by Rackeem Reid of the charity Bouncing Statistics who provides an incredible insight on the topic.
