πLiving With Anxietyπ
Im back yall!! I decided to talk about living with anxiety...because its not talked about enough. I mentioned trauma in the episode and got a phone call and totally forgot where I was going with it. So this is what I was trying to say! Many forms of trauma cause anxiety. It could be the smallest things. So now we constantly look at that as a problem in the back of our minds harboring things.
