Chrystal explains that intuitive healing is more than Reiki, walking us through how Reiki works, the role of sound baths, and how tapping into energy and frequency supports emotional and physical balance. She also explores deeper healing through inner child work, addressing where trauma often begins and how unhealed experiences can show up later in life. While traditional therapy plays an important role, Chrystal shares how intuitive healing offers another layer of support by helping individuals reconnect with themselves at the root and create space for lasting healing.
