Kind Curiosity™ is a podcast about what happens when we choose curiosity over judgment and kindness over cruelty—especially in the workplace.
Hosted by Felicia Hamilton, consultant, speaker, and creator of Have the AUDACITY to be KIND(R), this podcast challenges the growing belief that cruelty is strength and that empathy is weakness. Curiosity, kindness, and empathy are leadership skills essential to healthy workplace culture, employee morale, retention, and trust.
In this episode of Kind Curiosity, I speak with Tonesia Nesbitt (https://www.linkedin.com/in/tonesia-nesbitt-308981246/).
Toneisa lost her beautiful daughter Olivia, who was born with multiple medical issues. She speaks to the period before and after that event and how she continues to show compassion, kindness and empathy to others. Her journey to become a registered nurse was inspired by nurses who showed those qualities to her and Olivia through the years.
If you have more questions after hearing her story on episode 28, please reach out to Toneisha directly.
And please Have the AUDACITY to be KIND! (R)

How do you move beyond your own narrative
In this follow up episode to my interview with Javel Watt of the United Kingdom, I speak to how do we have the audacity to move beyond the narrative of our past and become the person who we know we can be. I speak to studies that show how certain childhood traumas can impact how we move forward in our lives.
But if we practice kind curiosity with ourselves we can write our future in spite of our past.
