Surprise! This is the season finale—the last episode of 2026!
When I started Kind Moms Club, it was a heart thing. It was born from my desire to be a mom and my hope to create a space where we could talk about motherhood in a positive light and keep it 100% real. As the podcast has evolved along with me, I’ve realized it’s time to change the rhythm a little so I can lean back into motherhood, being a wife, and my health and well-being.
In this episode, I’m sharing the change and why I'm making it, a little surprise along the way, and some other updates and things on my heart lately. And don’t worry—the podcast isn’t going anywhere! The Kind Moms Club Podcast will be back in 2027 for season four. And just know my eyes are gonna keep getting wet every time I think about the pod between now and then.

You can consider this episode foreshadowing on so many fronts...let’s first follow the bouncing ball that this is episode 92 and was recorded before episode 91 (which was our debrief on season 5 of SLOMW). There is also an attempt at a hosting audition by Jessie’s husband and, well, he failed with flying colors. The girlies are chatting all about running...L O L. Stay tuned for more on that later. We’re also really just discussing the nuances of trying to fit in workouts with kids and the ultimate flexibility required of moms in every facet of life.
