   Reiki, Mediumship & Light Codes

What actually happens in a Reiki session, and what if it opens the door to something more? In this episode of Kind of Cosmic, I sit down with my own Reiki practitioner, Thays, someone I originally went to for energy healing, but who ended up showing me a much deeper world. While she was born with mediumship abilities, she didn’t fully understand how to tap into them until she began practicing Reiki. What started as learning how to channel energy became the doorway to seeing, hearing, and connecting with the other side, and eventually developing her own unique way of working that blends Reiki, mediumship, and light language. We talk about what Reiki actually is beyond the surface level, how the body holds emotional blocks, and how energy shows up physically when something is out of alignment. From there, the conversation moves into mediumship, what it feels like to receive messages, how she distinguishes intuition from spirit, and what it means to act as a “vessel” between worlds. We also get into my own experience working with her, including a moment where I tried (and slightly forced) my way into a past life… and what unfolded. It led us into a deeper conversation about light language, why some forms of healing aren’t meant to be understood by the mind, and how sometimes the most powerful shifts happen when you stop trying to make sense of everything. This episode is part explanation, part personal story, and part “you kind of just have to feel it.” If you’ve ever been curious about Reiki, mediumship, or what might be happening beneath the surface of your own experiences, this one might open something for you. Because sometimes healing doesn’t come in words, it comes in something you can only feel.

Pt 2 - 10/10 Would Leave My Body Again

In this episode of Kind of Cosmic, I sit down with Giovanna to talk about something most people don’t openly share, out-of-body experiences. After surviving a major car accident, Giovanna found herself floating above her own body, fully conscious, watching it all happen. Years later, it happened again, when she suddenly appeared in a hospital room beside a friend. We dive into what these experiences felt like, what they meant, and how they completely shifted her perspective on life, purpose, and what really matters. Along the way, we also talk about past lives, soul lessons, and the idea that we might be a lot more than just our physical bodies. This conversation is equal parts grounding, mind-bending, and oddly comforting. It is a reminder that there might be more going on than we can see, and maybe that’s the point.

Pt 2 - Apparently Love Lives in Iceland (According to the AstroMap)

In this episode, we put astrocartography to the test, where your birth chart gets mapped across the world to show where love, career, chaos, growth, and all your main character moments are supposed to happen. We dove into Chiara's astro map and walked through every place she’s ever lived to see what the universe allegedly had to say about it. Some parts were eerily accurate. Some were a hard no. And some landed right in that confusing middle space; not quite right, not totally wrong, but enough to make you pause and go, “okay wait.”

   When Healing Goes Sideways

What was supposed to be a lighthearted, feel-good sound experience turned into one of the strangest nights we’ve ever had. In this episode, my friend Katrina and I unpack our experience attending something called Inner Dance — discovered on Instagram and marketed as a calming, transcendent sound journey. Instead, we found ourselves in a three-hour experience filled with jarring sounds, unprocessed trauma, blurred boundaries, and an energy that felt deeply off from the very beginning. We talk about expectations versus reality, how quickly a spiritual space can feel unsafe, and the difference between healing guidance and emotional dumping. We also explore the aftermath — feeling disoriented, unlucky, and energetically weighed down — and what it taught us about discernment, boundaries, and trusting your instincts when something doesn’t feel right. This episode isn’t about fear — it’s about awareness. A cosmic cautionary tale on choosing your guides carefully, knowing when to leave, and remembering that not every “spiritual” experience is actually healing.

   Delulu or Divine?

What actually happens when you glue your dreams onto a piece of cardboard and dare the universe to meet you halfway? In this episode, I sit down with Paloma to talk about the very first vision board she made in 2024 after a year of huge change — a 12-year relationship ending, a layoff, and a full-on life reset. She walks us through the board: “dream job” front and center, a private jet family with the man’s head cut off, girlhood and new friendships, travel, and how so many of those things ended up showing up in real life, just not always in the way she expected. We get into how a vision board isn’t about perfection or “doing manifestation right,” but about intention, belief, and staying open. If you’ve ever wondered whether vision boards are just glittery Pinterest collages or if they can actually shift your life, this one’s for you.

   Kabbalah, Corrections, and Certainty

In this episode, Vanessa and I explore how Kabbalah is a living practice—ancient wisdom for modern spirals. Vanessa shares how a random podcast cracked something open, why it felt like the teacher arriving when the student was ready, and what “corrections” look like in real life. We get into certainty beyond logic, how to stop gripping the “how,” and why alignment shifts your timeline fast. We also wander into gut wisdom, boundaries that stick, and the idea that it’s not about choosing the “right” path, it’s about the frequency. If you’ve ever wondered whether things are happening to you or for you, this one’s a gentle re-tune to “everything is a gift.”

The Clairsentient Friend: How Juani "Just Knows”

Some people just know things—and spend years wondering if that’s strange or special. In this episode, I sit down with Juani and explore what it’s like to move through the world with an inner radar tuned a little louder than most. From sensing energy beneath the surface, to the quiet weight of intuition, and how to stay open to what can’t be explained while still protecting your own space. It’s a grounding dive into trusting what you feel—especially when it doesn’t make sense yet.

Using Breath as a Portal and Grief as a Teacher

In this episode of Kind of Cosmic, I sit down with my friend KC to talk about how a spiritual retreat opened the door for her to discover the power of breathwork. What started as a practice of healing turned into a way for her to connect to the beyond and find peace around guilt she carried. Our conversation drifts into the mysterious and magical, and we also get real about dating, synchronicities, and how breathwork can open unexpected doors to connection and meaning.
