This week on Kinda New Here, we’re kinda new to work bullies, psychics, doppelgängers, and peptides. It’s been a chaotic week of busy schedules, strange encounters, and trying new things, so we’re catching up on everything that’s been happening lately. We talk about how packed our calendars have been, including Rachel somehow going out 16 nights in a row, and Alexa stepping into a new level of confidence while navigating influencer events and social spaces.Alexa also shares the surreal moment of meeting Rachel's doppelgänger’s boyfriend, which leads us into a conversation about how weird and fascinating lookalikes can be. Kinda New to Finding Balance in the Spotlight (with Alexia Umansky)

This week, we’re joined by Alexia Umansky, longtime friend to Alexa and kinda-new friend to Rachel, to talk about growing up in the public eye and learning how to build a life that feels like your own. From working in real estate and being on a reality show to entering a new chapter of marriage and adulthood, Alexia shares what it’s like navigating a career and life that both exist on and off camera. We’re figuring out what it looks like to find balance between public and private life, manage an online presence without feeling like everything is a performance, and build routines that aren’t driven by the internet. From trying hobbies you’re bad at (on purpose) to putting the phone down without disappearing completely, this episode is about expanding without pressure or hustle. We also share our highs, lows, and lessons of the week, read your submissions about how you disconnect from social media, and talk about what we’re new (and a little nervous) to trying next. New episodes every Thursday. Watch full episodes on YouTube and follow along @KindaNewHereShow for more.

    Kinda New to Flirting

This week, Rachel and Alexa are kinda new to flirting — and apparently Valentine’s weekend had everyone acting a little extra friendly. We’re breaking down what flirting even looks like in 2026: when someone’s being nice vs actually hitting on you, the modern signals (Instagram follows, story reactions, number swaps), and whether flirting is a natural talent or a muscle you have to rebuild. We talk being rusty at flirting, flirting with shy guys, and how things move from eye contact → texting → FaceTime → actual dates. Plus: is it ever okay to flirt to get what you want? Where’s the line between charm and manipulation? And… is trauma-dumping low-key a form of flirting now? We also share our “New This Week” highs, lows, and lessons (including Galentine’s debuts and trying new social scenes), play “Would You Try It?”, and answer your advice questions: How do you tell if someone is flirting or just being nice? How do you send a flirty text when you’re not sure they’re into you yet? Is it ever okay to flirt strategically? As always, we’re figuring it out together in real time. New episodes every Thursday. Kinda New to The Hoffman Process

This week we’re diving into all things healing: from therapy and past-life regression to the emotional deep work of The Hoffman Process. We talk about why people go, what it’s actually like, and the patterns we start to notice when we’re finally ready to change. We also share our “New This Week” highs, lows, and lessons, from hauling furniture solo to reopening old wounds and releasing what isn’t ours to carry. Plus, we read your submissions about the most “healing era” things you’ve tried and share what’s new (and a little intimidating) for us this week. Nobody’s a pro when they start. Each week we pick one thing we’re kinda new to and figure it out together. Follow us on Instagram & TikTok: @kindanewhereshow & Kinda.New.Here

    Kinda New to Breakups

This week, Rachel and Alexa are diving into all things breakups! From situationships to long-term relationships, messy endings to mutual splits. They talk about how the length and seriousness of a relationship can shape the breakup era, why some “good” breakups hit harder than expected, and what healing actually looks like in real time. They also share what they’re kinda new to this week, the highs, lows, and lessons they’re learning while building new routines and identities post-change. Plus, they ask you: what’s the most surprising thing that happened during your breakup era? From identity crises to unexpected growth, the responses are honest, relatable, and a little chaotic. If you’re learning that missing someone doesn’t mean they were right for you — and figuring out who you are after something ends — this episode is for you. New episodes every Wednesday. Kinda New To Being Friends

In the very first episode of Kinda New Here, Rachel and Alexa take you behind the scenes of starting a live show together...in real time, while also becoming new friends and business partners. They talk honestly about adult friendships, how to find authentic connections, and what it’s really like to bootstrap a business from the ground up. They also dive into the things many of us are kinda new to: living with a boyfriend without losing yourself, navigating employment and comparison when you’re building your own path, and learning how to grow without pretending to have it all figured out. Kinda New Here is a live, unfiltered conversation about reinvention, relationships, career pivots, and figuring life out together—one episode at a time.
