Kingdom Fellowship Weekend

About Kingdom Fellowship Weekend

Kingdom Fellowship Weekend exists to promote Biblical Christianity in an era marked with apathy and compromise. Our heart-cry is to "continue steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers." Our passion is to return to the historical Anabaptist focus of total surrender to King Jesus and to embrace this lifestyle within our local church communities. We endeavor to do this by encouraging revival, fervent prayer, surrender to Jesus, and by providing a forum for Biblical teaching for those who desire to live as disciples of Christ. We want this event to be a place where Kingdom-minded Christians from various backgrounds can meet one another for edification and encouragement. We especially want to encourage those who are new to embracing the teachings of Jesus and provide fellowship for them in the journey. We are committed to a Christian expression that is Christ-centered, Scripture-based, and Kingdom-focused, specifically as modeled by the Anabaptist tradition. Although Kingdom Fellowship Weekend is organized and sponsored by conservative Anabaptists, our vision is to build bridges among all true followers of Jesus. We welcome all who, as we, are praying "Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven." https://kingdomfellowship.org/ (https://kingdomfellowship.org/)

"The Godly Home: A Fading Vision" by Benji Grant

In this message, Benji Grant challenges us as men to consider the most important vocation we could pursue: giving our lives and time to raise up a godly offspring. This may mean a radical change of lifestyle or even willingness to give up what we might consider a normal job. Though initially caught up in his own vocation and sports, Benji felt God’s call to forsake these things for a higher vision—the vision of a godly home and family.

"A Testimony of God’s Grace & Mercy" by Mark Brubaker

The story of Mark’s life & marriage, a story of mistakes and failure, is also a story of God’s grace and mercy. Everyone has hurts and things that are not pleasant. Many Bible characters have gone through much pain from others—there are those that have been put through many different situations that they themselves could not help. Forgiveness, Repentance and Acceptance are God’s way of dealing with hurts and wrongful situations whether of our own doing or otherwise. If we will embrace these qualities we will find God’s grace to be sufficient for our healing and His mercy to be beyond our deserving.
