In 2018, we were commissioned to create a design-led cultural hub on Lower Stable Street. We have curated a collaborative family of forward-thinking brands and host a year-round calendar of events including exhibitions, installations and markets. Our mission is to support these new businesses and provide an environment in which they can thrive and grow. We are now creating a podcast to share the stories of every shop owner, market trader and exhibition partner.
In each episode of the podcast we will be finding out the real stories of how these businesses have developed and how the community has shaped their journey.

Kiosk asked cake genius Sam Wong of Lil' Wong Bakes to gather some of her peers to talk about their bakes and their business; they very kindly allowed us to listen in on their chat, conducted over some delicious examples of the bakers' wares.
Topics covered include flavour profiles, side hustles, tax returns and GBBO: it's an honest insight into the everyday obsessions of the small-business baker.
This was a long chat and this is only part 1!
