Ep.3 Ego/Programmed mind
In this episode I talk about our ego, a part of our mind that most people identify with most of the time. We give it our attention, thus our power, which results in suffering. I talk about its tactics and defense mechanisms that make it impossible for us to enjoy the present moment. I don't talk about it in order for us to hate on it or judge it, but to recognize it and observe it, which is all that's needed to reclaim our power and liberate us

Ep.2 Avatar Training
After my first episode "In My Center" I was asked to share some more tangible and practical tips on how to stay in your center. At the end of the day it comes down to where you put your attention in the present moment. A good way of making it easier to be present here and now and accept all situations and emotions that pass through, is to take good care of your Avatar in this physical dimension: your body. So in this episode I talk about my daily routines, what I consume and just what I do in...

Avsnitt 1 3/4

I Mitt Center

Entro a mi Centro

Entro no meu Centro

I Enter My Center
In my very first podcast episode I talk about how keeping our attention in the center of our being, here and now, is key if you want to live a healthy, happy and peaceful life. In our center we sit with the emotions we feel, we accept them and take responsibility for them without guilt, which is just an illusionary concept that can be removed and forgiven. Do you feel like shit? You are not a victim! We are powerful creators attracting our experiences and creating our reality. We are Et...
