KISS - the Press Darlings
Another phone call about KISS between brothers as we share our opinions & conjecture on the never ending war of words in the 'family' as we accelerate towards the "End Of The Road". Caught up in the considerable confusion, chop, characteristic subterfuge and ever-shifting tides, we seek clarity, solid ballast and smooth sailing for the final voyage & beyond! - KISStorian.com (http://www.kisstorian.com)

(https://www.kerrang.com/) to his perspective today on the KISS (//www.kissonline.com) phenomena, stateside and over the pond - KISStorian.com (//www.kisstorian.com)

LOST IN LIMBO - '78 to '22
Another random phone call about KISS between KISS afflicted siblings Dave & Rich in Chicago --- lost in limbo, with nowhere to go!! Conversations include Dave's forthcoming appearance on Collectors Call w/ LISA WHELCHEL (https://www.metv.com/collectors-call) with GENE SIMMONS of KISS (//www.kissonline.com), Star Wars tie in's, our proposed Rob Zombie remake of KISS Meets The Phantom of The Park and anything we forgot until we finally get to some opinions on the production of the solo albums in '78, and how we've been kinda 'Lost in Limbo' since then, a fractured mirror if you will. - KISStorian.com

a KISS deep dive w/ PETER ARQUETTE
Set phasers for a KISStoric 'inside job' as we time travel with luminary KISStorian, PETER ARQUETTE of KISSAsylum.com (http://www.kissasylum.com/) and KISSMuseum.com (http://kissmuseum.com/). Few men have swum so far in KISS (//www.kissonline.com) waters without without being forced at some point to "take heed" of our Gods of Thunder, Stanley/Simmons, in some capacity. And yet Peter has lived a life fully-immersed in KISS since 1987 as a curator of content and a beloved conduit for fans, all without ever even dipping a single toe into Facebook et al.! Yes, a KISS Bigfoot with no social media footprint (no small feat). Peter takes us back to his 'Trail By Fire', his first KISS concert at the Capital Center in 1977 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSeQQ9K25DE), a life-changing moment that would ultimately land him a seat with the Elders and Morpheus, laughing 'all the way' to Jendell & back. Discussions range from chopsticks with Paul Stanley, the 'Return of KISS' in '79, KISS at Hammerjacks (https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/kiss/1992/hammerjacks-baltimore-md-33d368ed.html), hanging in Europe with the original Catman, his appearances on ThreeSidesOfTheCoin (http://www.threesidesofthecoin.com/), 'Crazy Nights' with Eric Carr, Peter's rich KISS Convention (https://threesidesofthecoin.com/ep-200-three-sides-of-the-coin-live-at-the-nj-kiss-expo/) history, 'Cadillac Dreams' and a number of keen observations about the band at "The End Of The WORLD" (tour). Only just scraping the outer surface of a planet worth of KISStory, Arquette stops short of admitting he has the Talisman box. - KISStorian.com (http://kisstorian.com/)

Unmasking JULIAN GILL of KISSFAQ
Rock Historian, Author, Podcaster, Youtuber, English spy and KISS (//www.kissonline.com) fanatic ("we're not the Free Masons") JULIAN GILL (https://www.goodreads.com/author/list/67981.Julian_Gill) of KISSFAQ.com (//www.kissfaq.com) 'Unmasks' to walk the proverbial plank with KISStorian Brothers, ever-humbly sharing his candid thoughts on any & all things KISS. The discussion takes us from the early days of KISSFAQ (https://kissfaq.com/), online now since 1996, to the interviewing process that went into the writing of his benchmarks books on the band, most notably Gene, Ace, Peter & Paul; A detailed exploration of the 1978 KISS solo albums (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015LKIQTU/ref=dbs_a_def_rwt_hsch_vapi_tkin_p1_i0) and Odyssey, the definitive examination of "Music From The Elder", KISS' cult-classic concept album (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01JEO678Q/ref=dbs_a_def_rwt_hsch_vapi_tkin_p1_i1). Few Black Diamonds are left in the rough as we ramble from Ace to Vincent Angel, Starz, Ken, Daniel, Mark ^& founder Tim @ KISSFAQ.com, Bruce Kulick (https://www.brucekulick.com/), Julian's KISSFAQ interview with the late, great Bob Kulick (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XHuDMyICOYM&t=2210s) before he passed, Sean Delaney, Bill Aucoin, Carol Kaye, Neil & Joyce Bogart, Toby Wright, Peter Criss, Vinnie Poncia, KISS in Dubai, Julian's 'best show ever' experience on the EOTR tour & beyond. Any Way You Slice it, we find out Julian is at the core a Rock & Roll Over booster born under the full eclipse of an Asylum moon. Bewitched, and a Creature Of The Night ever since, it can be argued that the mans dedication to KISStory (https://www.aetv.com/shows/biography-kisstory), to getting the story right, and ultimately to us the fans is rivaled by few, save members of the 'family'. Thank you, Julian! - KISStorian.com (//www.kisstorian.com) #KISS #KISSFAQ #JulianGill #KISStory

CARRIE STEVENS - Radioactive
Unintentionally luminary KISStoric babe, Playboy Playmate (https://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/carrie-stevens-talks-playboy-past-i-used-to-go-to-the-mansion-when-i-was-pregnant) and The Monsters Of Rock (https://www.themonstersofrock.com/radio) radio DJ CARRIE STEVENS (https://carriestevens.com/) graciously takes time out to chat about her book "UNRATED: Revelations of a Rock 'n Roll Centerfold" (https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/unrated-carrie-stevens/1137565169) and share a few stories about her ongoing spiritual relationship with the late, great KISS (//www.kissonlien.com) drummer ERIC CARR (https://ericcarr.com/)! - KISStorian.com (//www.kisstorian.com)

a KISS ARMY recruit shares his END OF THE ROAD baptism
Ahh yes, from the mouths of babes ...A long-time rock fan, and yet somehow a KISStoric virgin, 'Preacher Pat', who does tremendous good works with his passion ReclaimedCharity.org (//www.reclaimedcharity.org) (who shipped 86,000 meals to Haiti the same day of the f-gig), tenderly shares his candid impressions from his very first KISS (//www.kissonline.com) concert from this past weekends' "End Of The Road (//www.kissonline.com)", purported to be KISS's final stop in Chicagoland, just outside of the city in Tinley Park, IL.. Somewhere just shy of a 28,000 person sell-out Saturday, Pat flew into action by dragging not only his son to the show but his Mom! Such sudden bravado must be commended, in any rank of the KISS ARMY. Enlisted since '78, I hereby submit my solemn referral obo Pat and his family as I believe they are ready to "Shout It Out Loud" - KISStorian.co (//www.kisstorian.com)m

KISS court critical mass on A&E's KISStory
Humility has never been part of KISS (https://www.kissonline.com/)'s make-up and A&E's 'KISSTORY' (https://www.aetv.com/news/ae-announces-new-definitive-documentary-biography-kisstory-featuring-paul-stanley-gene-simmons-premiering-this-june) is double-dose proof of Stanley/Simmons life-long determination to keep control of the narrative while courting new audiences. All and all, the 2-part special is a happy place for KISS fans or anyone trying to get their head around the 50-year magical mystery tour America's Fab-4 have taken us on. If you're drinking the Purple & Red Kool-aid, this may cure your Rock & Roll Pneumonia' (if the shots didn't people!). And, if you're still drinking the Blue & Green, welcome back to the machine! Seeking perspective, brother Rich & I try to digest what we just absorbed.
