KITG Vibes, Karate in the Garage, is where trauma meets comedy and chaos turns into clarity. Hosted by Michelle aka Mmmchelle and her hetero life mate Nibbs, this garage born podcast dives into real stories, messy healing, bad decisions, glow ups, and laugh through the pain moments. We hype our people, say the quiet parts out loud, and turn emotional damage into punchlines. Unfiltered, hilarious, and weirdly therapeutic. Fuck it up Farrah's, let’s talk life. 🎙️

Ep. 18: Cakes is BACK! 420 SPECIAL PART 2!
Cakes is BACK… and somehow even more unhinged than last time 😭
We said we were just gonna hang out… maybe smoke a little… keep it chill…
yeah NO.
This turned into a full-blown chaos session with your favorite beautifully funny disaster, Cakes, dropping story after story that has us questioning EVERYTHING 💀
Like…
who raised you??
why did that happen??
and HOW are you still alive to tell us this??? 😭
From wild situations to “you should’ve absolutely kept that to yourself” moments… Cakes holds NOTHING back. And honestly? We wouldn’t want her to.
If you thought Part 1 was crazy…
Part 2 said “hold my blunt” 🍃
Press play if you’re ready to laugh, gasp, and text your friends like “I NEED TO TELL YOU WHAT I JUST HEARD.”
⚠️ Not safe for work
⚠️ Not safe for your lungs (you will laugh too hard)
⚠️ Definitely not safe for your group chat

Ep. 17: Cakes is BACK! 420 Special!
Happy 4/20, garage gremlins 😮💨🍃
We did what we do best… invited Cakes back into the garage and immediately lost control of the entire situation.
This episode? Zero structure. Zero shame. Questionable decisions, reckless banter, and stories that probably should’ve stayed off the mic… but didn’t 😏
Cakes comes in hot with her signature chaos, we’re all a little too comfortable, and at some point you’re gonna realize… yeah… this is exactly why you listen.
It’s giving unfiltered. It’s giving “should we say this?” — and then saying it anyway.
It’s laughs, life, and the kind of energy that only shows up when nobody’s holding back.
Roll up, light up, and prepare yourself… because this one spirals FAST.
And don’t get too comfortable — Part 2 drops Tuesday at 4:20AM and somehow… it gets worse (or better, depending on who you ask 😏)

Ep. 16: Unconscious: Powered by Kief & Burritos!
What happens when you mix Pineapple Express pre-rolls rolled in straight kief, zero structure, and a man who absolutely underestimated the strength?
Chaos. Pure chaos.
In this episode, we finally got Nibbs’ husband on the mic… and let’s just say… he did NOT make it out unscathed. Somewhere between lighting up and trying to keep the conversation alive, we hit a level of high that turned into full-blown unconscious energy.
We’re talking:
🌯 Emergency burrito orders from Simon’s
😵💫 Mid-podcast couch nap (yes, with burrito in hand)
😂 Random, unfiltered moments that make absolutely no sense—but somehow are hilarious
🔥 The most unorganized, wireless, “are we still recording?” episode yet
He woke up like an hour later, finished his burrito, and somehow… we finished the episode.
No structure. No plan. Just vibes.
If you’ve ever gotten a little too high and tried to function like a normal human… this one’s for you.
Welcome to Unconscious.

Ep. 15: Studying Porn: Virgin Edition (Results May Vary)
She studied.
She was confident.
She's FUN!
He was older, well-seasoned in life… and handled it better than expected. Match made in heaven.
But the real story?
Her — breaking free, taking control, and finally living life her way.
What started as chaos turned into something real.
Results may vary.

Ep. 14: Practicing Jiu-Jitsu… No One Was Ready
What started as a normal weekend turned into broken bones, ER visits, and moms holding it together by a thread. We get real about how heavy that is… and then immediately derail into sex talk and 420. No transitions, just vibes.
Some people go out on weekends… we go to X-rays 💀

Also… someone peed on a bed. And a couch.
Just press play. You’re not ready.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day ☘️
The garage is back open with Thelma and Louise: Part 2.

Spoiler: it was never going to be normal.

Ep. 11: For everyone I choked at the funeral… I’m sorry
Tonight in the garage we welcome Thelma and Louise — my mom and her lifelong best friend.
Two women.
Friends since 1989.
Witnesses to every version of each other.

Ep. 10: Buttholes & Boundary Issues
Garage Gremlins… this one escalates fast. A shower accident that changed my life (and possibly my anatomy), rapid fire best friend questions that get wildly inappropriate, and Part 2 of the entitled date saga It’s chaotic. It’s unhinged. It’s boundaries vs. theatrics. And yes… you’re going to cry laughing. 🎙️💚

Ep. 9: PSA: We Don’t Negotiate with Insecurities!
Some people bring flowers. Some bring entitlement. Some bring legal threats. We talk about all of it — plus COVID-era hunger stories that humbled us into who we are now. Boundaries hit different when you’ve already survived worse

Ep. 8: Part 2: Consent Was Given...Thornado!!
Thornado is back in the garage… and this time, we’re unpacking the red flags.
In Part 2, we dig into dating patterns, ego, mixed signals, and the fine line between confidence and chaos. We read a short story that will absolutely have you laughing — because if nothing else, Thor is consistent.
We talk self-awareness, accountability, and what happens when feelings get involved after the microphones turn off. Let’s just say… sometimes the loudest red flags don’t show up until later.
There’s tension. There’s humor. There’s growth.
And there may or may not be a plot twist about this episode’s future.
Will it stay up? Will it mysteriously disappear?
That depends on how well we all handle our emotions.
Buckle up, gremlins. This one’s layered. 🎙️🔥

Ep. 7: Thornado Unleashed
This episode features Thornado—a sharp-tongued, blue-collar philosopher with a heart of gold and a talent for ending up in situations most people only hear about secondhand. Equal parts storyteller and straight shooter, Thor steps into the garage with unfiltered takes on life, dating, friendship, and the beautiful chaos that comes from saying yes a little too often.
We talk legendary single-guy decisions, bold moves, and the now-iconic “collection letter” used to get a girl’s attention (yes… that happened). Thor breaks down how he operates, what dating looks like when you’re older and still choosing chaos, and how humor, loyalty, and growth coexist in real life.
We also get real about domestic violence, accountability, and why the system doesn’t always protect the people it should—because behind the jokes is a man who shows up, stands up, and tells the truth.
Funny, slightly unhinged, unexpectedly heartfelt—this one’s a ride.
Buckle up, gremlins. 🔥🎙️

Ep. 6: Part 2: Cakes: Virgin Stripper Energy
Find out in Part 2 how Cakes — former virgin stripper, chaos survivor, and accidental life legend — finally lost her virginity at 25… because the story is NOT what you think.
27 Jan 2026
Ep. 5: Cakes: Virgin Stripper Energy
This week in the garage we sit down with Cakes — drop dead gorgeous former virgin stripper, professional chaos coordinator in her early 20s, and living proof that life does not follow a single logical storyline.
Yes, she partied. Yes, she did every wild thing except the one thing. And somehow the girl who survived a full send era is now a mom who’s scared to take too many vitamins. Character development? Unmatched.
Between trauma, plot twists, and stories that sound illegal but are mostly just unbelievable, Cakes turned survival mode into a personality trait and dark humor into a coping skill. She’s hilarious, unfiltered, and the kind of person you try not to laugh with but absolutely fail.
This episode is shocking, wholesome, unhinged, and weirdly inspiring all at once.
Fuck it up Farrah. 🎙️
Episode 4 Part 2 is HERE… and yes, this is the revenge story we made y’all wait a whole week for 😈
Nicole finally drops the worst revenge dating story we couldn’t fit in Part 1… and it is straight chaos.
Before we unleash her, Michelle & Nibbs hit you with 20 revenge ideas we found online — some are petty, some are savage, and some are downright nasty 💀
DISCLAIMER: These revenge ideas are for entertainment only… we take ZERO responsibility 😂

Ep. 3: The Red Flag Olympics
Welcome back to KITG Vibes… where we don’t judge…
but we DO ask questions. 😭😈
Tonight’s episode is called “The Red Flag Olympics.”
And Nicole is here to tell y’all about the men she’s dealt with…
And I’m not saying they were gay…
but I am saying the vibes were giving:
✨ suspicious ✨
Like the story keeps taking the same turn —
every man comes with secrets, odd behavior, and the kind of red flags that make you go:
“Do you like… me?
Or do you just need a place to live?”
This episode is messy, dark, unhinged, and honestly?
It should come with a warning label and a therapist referral.
Let’s get into it. 🚩🖤

Ep. 2: Ricky pulled up and did not hold back.
Ricky pulled up and did not hold back.
Fighting cops.
Drugs.
Jail.
Pregnancy scares.
Absolute chaos.
Me, Nibbs, and Ricky bounce through stories that’ll have you laughing, gasping, and guessing what the hell comes next. Every time you think it can’t get wilder… it does.
This episode is unfiltered, unpredictable, and one you’ll be talking about after it ends.
🎧 Trust us — you don’t want to miss this one.

Ep. 1: F*ck it up Farrah!
Fuck It Up, Farrah!
Feelings were discussed. Lines were crossed. A FetLife story was read that should’ve come with a warning label. Me and Nibs set the tone for KITG Vibes—raw, funny, and way too honest.
Listener discretion advised.
