كتاب "تماثيل الجان" للكاتبة المصرية سمر نور، وهو رواية تتلاشى فيها الحدود بين الواقعِ والغرابة، حيث يبدو العالم وكأنه يتحول تدريجيا إلى لعبة فيديو، والأبطال داخلها أطراف يختبرون انتصاراتهم وهزائمهم ضمن قواعد تلك اللعبة. في ظل هذا يبدو غياب "دنيا" هو الحدث الأبرز الذي يطلعنا عليه السرد منذ بدايته، ويظل غياب تلك البطلة اللغز الذي يشحذ شتات الذاكرة، ويكاد يكون البحث عنها هو المسوغ الوحيد لاستعادة حياة أبطال الرواية، التي ارتبكت بفعل غيابها.
