Press play, repeat after me, and let’s memorize 1 Peter 5:7 together.
Peter writes to believers who are facing suffering and opposition, reminding them to humble themselves under God’s mighty hand and cast all their anxieties on Him, because He cares for them.
God doesn't tell us to carry our worries alone or pretend our troubles aren't real. He invites us to bring every care to Him, trusting in His wisdom, sovereignty, and faithful love.
Because of Jesus, we know that God’s care for us is not merely a promise for easier days. At the cross, Christ demonstrated the depth of His love for us. So whatever you are carrying today, bring it to the Lord. You don't have to know how everything will turn out to trust the One who holds you in His hands.

Memorize Psalm 55:22
Press play, repeat after me, and let’s memorize Psalm 55:22 together.
Psalm 55 gives us a glimpse into David's own distress. He is overwhelmed with fear, longing to escape, and deeply wounded by the betrayal of someone who had been a close friend and companion.
And then, in the middle of all that turmoil, David says:
“Cast your burden on the LORD, and he will sustain you. He will never permit the righteous to be moved.”
God doesn't tell us that our burdens aren't heavy. He tells us where to take them.
Today we have an even fuller picture of this promise because we know Jesus. He came near and entered into our weakness. He knew grief, rejection, and betrayal, and at the cross He bore the greatest burden we could never carry ourselves. So whatever you are carrying today, cast it on the LORD. He will sustain you. And though this present life may shake us, it cannot move us from the secure hope we have in Christ.

Memorize 1 Corinthians 10:13
Press play, repeat after me, and let’s memorize 1 Corinthians 10:13 together.
We all face temptation. Sometimes it's the temptation to lose our temper, to envy what someone else has, to compromise our convictions, or to choose what feels good over what we know is right.
In the verses leading up to this passage, Paul reminds the Corinthians of the Israelites who, despite witnessing God's miraculous deliverance and provision, still fell into sin. Their story serves as a warning: Don't become so confident in your own spiritual strength that you forget how easily you can stumble.
And then comes this wonderful reassurance: “God is faithful.”
That doesn't mean temptation will always disappear. Sometimes the way of escape means walking away, asking for help, remembering God's Word, or choosing obedience even when our desires pull us in another direction.
Our confidence isn't in how strong we are, but in how faithful God is.
