EP 34. How to Balance Motherhood and Entrepreneurship Without Losing Yourself or Your Family
You wanted entrepreneurship because you wanted more freedom.
More time with your children.
More flexibility.
More control over your schedule.
More room to actually live.
But somewhere along the way, your business started consuming all the time you were hoping it would give back.
If you’re constantly feeling guilty for working when you’re with your family—or guilty for being with your family when you feel like you should be working—this episode is for you.
This week on She Prays, She Prospers, we are having an honest, heartfelt conversation about balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship without losing yourself or your family in the process.
We’re going to discuss the pressure to always be productive, the exhaustion that comes from never truly shutting work off, the importance of adapting when motherhood interrupts your plans, and why a slower day does not automatically equate to an unproductive day.
You will also hear my personal testimony of stepping away from content creation when I realized I had become more focused on producing than being present with God.
Because there is a major difference between working for the life you want and actually living the life you prayed for.
And sometimes the woman God is calling you to become needs you to stop proving yourself long enough to receive from Him.

EP 33. Is Now Really the Right Time to Start a Business?
The economy is shaking. Prices are rising. The news reports feel relentless. And in the middle of all the uncertainty, you are sitting on a dream God placed on your heart—wondering if now is even the right time to build it.
In this episode of She Prays She Prospers, faith-based wellness mentor and Christian entrepreneur Daizha Rae is addressing the conversation the church does not always make room for—persecution in business—and why the opposition you are facing right now is not a sign God has abandoned the plan. It is often a sign that the plan is working.
We are unpacking the lie that being a Christian disqualifies you from success in an unstable economy. We will discover what Joseph's story in Genesis teaches us about prospering through hard seasons, what scripture actually says about the great transfer of wealth, the difference between building from fear and building from faith, and why God is not looking for more workers right now—He is actually looking for worshippers.
Because you are not late. You are not behind. You are strategically positioned for such a time as this.
📖 Scriptures covered: Deuteronomy 11:25 · Genesis 39:2 · Proverbs 31 · Mark 8:36

EP 32. When Your Work Ethic Is Actually Trauma — The Truth About Workaholism and Christian Entrepreneurship
Have you ever worn your work ethic like it was a badge of honor—grinding, hustling, staying up late, never stopping—and called it discipline? What if the drive that is keeping you busy is not actually ambition? What if it is trauma masking itself as productivity?
In this episode of She Prays She Prospers, faith-based wellness mentor and Christian entrepreneur Daizha Rae is having the conversation that nobody in the Christian entrepreneurship space wants to have—sometimes what we call "discipline" is actually our nervous system in survival mode. And until we heal the wounds underneath the work ethic, our business will keep hitting the same walls no matter how hard we grind.
We are talking about how unhealed trauma secretly sabotages your online business, how fear, anxiety, and perfectionism disguise themselves as productivity in Christian entrepreneurship, what Romans 12:2 actually means for your business growth, why workaholism is sometimes emotional regulation in disguise, and why God is more invested in your healing right now than your hustle.
Because your business can only grow as far as you have grown. Stop building from brokenness. It is time to build from wholeness.
