This is the first of a series of speeches that Annathurai made in the Parliament of India as a Member of the Rajya Sabha during his tenure from 1962 to 1966.
Anna addressed the Rajya sabha in the context of the Indo Pak war. His remarks on India's foreign policy particularly with reference to non-alignment and foreign aids are very pertinent.
