Cleaning the Chakras : #1 - Reconnecting To Our Roots
WEEEE BACKKKKK!!!!
Our Season 3 is around the chakra systems of energy and we wanted to approach it differently. To start within and honor from that perspective is a given, but then to honor our chakras as it relates to our communities, our land which we live on, and more from an interconnectedness. It felt like a NEW way of looking at our energy how we can create change from within but also how it can honor everything around us.
So for the root chakra, we are honoring nourishment, the land in which we are on and our ancestors. We are giving space especially to our ingenious community, as it is their land we occupy. We will be using food and indigenous recipes as a way to connect us back to food, seasonality, and the healing properties of plants. We will start to cultivate a different relationship with food. We hope you enjoy!!!

What is Medicine? : 02
What is medicine? Why does the world need it and where can we access it? Join Kris and Syn as they share their growing understanding of being medicine women and why we all have medicine to share with the world.
The card we pulled offered this beautiful gentle reminder.
We ALL have gifts to share with the world. Our heart- THE GPS has been a rerouting and we are weary. Emotional exhaustion isn’t just external stress, it’s also a manifestation of our hearts weariness- our heart wants to get us on track, but for soooo many reasons, we convince ourselves to NOT proceed to the route. When we forget to drop into our hearts and live from that G’ spot- our lives may lack the pleasure and nectar that is our Divine right.
When we see a beautiful work of art, listen to the healing vibrations of music, or touch the fabric of a beautiful textile, we celebrate the creator of that thing, and the world is better to jive in because of that medicine. Think about, what song did you have on repeat that spoke to every fiber of your being, what image on Instagram did you screen shot because you needed its imprint in your brain, what T-shirt can you not get rid of cuz it just brings you pure joy. That was their medicine and it healed parts of you. How beautiful is it to know that by the simple act of doing what we love- we heal others.
Join these KonversationS as we unpack, reflect and take it all in.
**Side Note : Bare with us lovelies, we are still getting our tech right and unfortunately we are not sounding how we envision. Next show will be perfection ALONG with video so you can see the magnificent expressions we are legendary for!!
