Four mental health professionals come together to give voice to the confusing realities of mental health, therapy, and life in this complex world. Come give a listen as we unpack our lived experiences with multiple perspectives, ditch theories and deep dive into the ‘not knowing’.
Therapy is a vulnerable space, a place to sit with our own distress, a space where we explore the raw authenticity of our own feelings with our therapist. Does that mean that therapy always guarantees us comfort and safety? Is it created in the therapy room or is it pre-existing? Why do we even want to feel safe?
Tune in to our ongoing conversation on safety in the therapy room, as we give voice to our experiences in our therapeutic journeys.
