23 | ADHD圆桌讨论:A人怎样在人际关系与社群工作中为自己赋能 ft. Fifi

</p><p>In this episode, Ella (she/they) and Fifi (she/them) discussed how people with ADHD can better respond to interpersonal conflicts and participate in community work. Although marginalized under the capitalistic society, people with ADHD can still explore ways to empower themselves by taking responsibility with agency, and advocate for a more accessible community space. We recognize that ADHD is a diverse and individual experience, and we welcome your thoughts and feedback on this topic.</p><p>本期由Kei, Ella共同制作</p><p>【时间轴 Timeline】</p><p><a href="#t=00:39">00:39</a> ADHD当事人Ella和Fifi的自我介绍;本次讨论的侧重在于ADHD人怎样进行公共参与</p><p><a href="#t=03:09">03:09</a> 描述ADHD的不同语言和视角:Disabilitry, Disorder, 神经多样性,“A人”…</p><p><a href="#t=10:17">10:17</a> 两位对自己ADHD的探索与寻求诊断的过程,生活中面临的困难</p><p><a href="#t=18:09">18:09</a> ADHD带来的人际关系冲突以及处理方式:寻求理解接纳和承担责任之间的张力</p><p><a href="#t=29:21">29:21</a> 不把自己作为受害者,负责任是一种为自己赋能的方式,但也不是人人都能做到,需要支持系统</p><p><a href="#t=37:53">37:53</a> Fifi:给自己设置边界,找到适合ADHD的人际关系环境,不以惩罚的方式让ADHD人负责;Ella:期待一个对不同类型的人都友好接纳的社会氛围</p><p><a href="#t=46:02">46:02</a> 如何看待社交媒体对ADHD的讨论:是滥用这个词语,带来对ADHD群体的误解,还是带来可见性,是社会理解ADHD的开端?</p><p><a href="#t=49:58">49:58</a> 在社群工作环境中的ADHD无障碍设计:使用日历和提醒,减少开会,不纠正多任务行为,提供各个主体发言与反馈的空间…</p><p>【引用链接 Referenced links】</p><p><a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/DRuAZqBD8PL/?igsh=MjU4MWdlN21hY2Zp" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">工作场合对神经多样雇员的无障碍调整措施</a></p><p><a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/DT3uMauD3s7/?igsh=NmprOHF0eG16YzZ6" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">社群活动中的无障碍设计</a></p><p>【联系我们 Contact us】</p><p><a href="https://www.instagram.com/queerroadsidebanquet/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Instagram</a> <a href="https://biplus.date/web/@queerroadsidebanquet" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Mastodon</a> <a href="https://ko-fi.com/queerroadsidebanquet" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Ko-fi捐助</a></p><p>如有对本期内容的反馈,请填写<a href="https://tally.so/r/q4BAMd" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">此表单</a>告诉我们。</p><p>其它事宜请至 / Correspondence to:podcast@50w.us</p><p>【Music credits】</p><p>Intro: <a href="https://soundcloud.com/zalcone/mini-synthwave" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Mini Synthwave by Zalcone</a></p><p>Outro: by <a href="https://dova-s.jp/_contents/author/profile423.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">蒲鉾さちこ</a></p><p>Other music: <a href="https://www.sessions.blue/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Blue Dot Sessions</a></p>
