About Kundra
Kundra is a podcast about workforce continuity at pivotal moments: leaves, returns, restructures, and team redesigns triggered by AI. Through honest conversations with founders, leaders, and working parents, we explore what happens when teams change shape, and how the best ones redesign work rather than absorb the load. What began as research on parental leave revealed a bigger pattern: every team transition is also an opportunity. Hosted by Theresa Gschwandtner, Kundra surfaces frameworks (including Build, Borrow, Bot) and best practices used across modern companies. https://www.kundra.ai/

Messaging, something mixed between product and marketing. Pricing, more sales. Other tasks like sales enablement to maintain the sales deck, to have a go-to-market checklist at launch of a feature, writing LinkedIn posts, writing release notes, internal release notes, external release notes, having training sessions with a sales team to help them know how to pitch, which wording, the name, the package that the feature is placed in, why, where are our strengths, our weaknesses, and then also all the part of the competitor analysis, like market insights or competitors, or where are we at if we compare with them, what are our USPs, like the differentiators.
