KuttiChellam's Chat is all about exploring the intersectionality between Indian culture and sexual autonomy within the context of modern day society. The core of this creative rebellion lies in unpacking the legacy of colonialism, capitalism, and patriarchal white supremacy and its role in establishing an oppressive status quo. In doing so, I hope to reimagine the way we have conversations on intimacy and pleasure, resultantly building a safer online community that healthily fosters navigating our own sexuality and sexual self expression. Thank you for taking the time to listen!
Today I will not be talking about sexual liberation. Instead, I will focus on mental health. I went through a really rough patch recently, and I discuss on this episode how combining interior design with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy practices helped me organize my space, and hence, my life. I hope you enjoy.
