KVIKS Media is a digital media program that has a lot of interesting, strange people who are motivated to make videos, play games and more! Join us on our journey!
A Safe... Secure... Society. Welcome to KVIKS Media
This year, we are rebranding KVIKS TV into KVIKS Media. A name that better describes what we do as an organization today. We honor our past, but look forward to our future. Mitchell interviews Luke to learn more about the purpose of the rebrand, frequently asked questions, and the organizational structure of KVIKS Media. Don't forget an awesome ad from Kalani's Spaghetti House of Pancakes and Nga's Spaghetti. We also ask listeners what sub-organization they would be interested in joining. After the episode, stay tuned for a bonus after-hours session on Maid Mitchell and War Thunder.

Introducing the KVIKS TV Oregano Branch
When it is late at night, (not really) Luke likes to sit in the KVIKS TV General chat, when he does, he meets interesting characters such as Jordan A. Join us as we discuss the future of the podcast, review old advertisements, celebrate the 21st night of September and learn what Jordan and Kenzie A. are up to in the newly established KVIKS TV Oregon Branch.

Does it work? ¿Funciona?
After recording episode 107 (Season 1 Episode 7), the crew tests to see if the OBS recording works... and... it.. DOES! However, the discussion took another unexpected turn when we introduce the, "no nudity" rule, free RAM, stray hats, then it became a multi-language outro episode.

This episode went WEI off-topic...
Shortly after recording the billy podcast, Luke is joined by Camrenn and Chris. Wei and Thomas also suddenly make an appearance in the jazz-nono-room on discord and join in on the fun! Luke talks about the process of setting up the podcast using Voicemeeter Potato, OBS and Audition, then ultimately, the discussion changed to interviewing Class of 2020 alumnus Thomas K. and A/V needs in current KVIKS TV. We talk about how we were visited by the interim DOE Superman, then talk about Wei's trip to the mall! After finishing off the discussion with why remuxing video recordings from OBS is important, Wei blesses our podcast with profound Chinese wisdom at the end.

Valheim with Billy!
"Hello Billy!", on this podcast we hang out with Canyon B. also known as, "Billy". Canyon is a current member of KVIKS TV, but many students do not get the opportunity to get to know him! Canyon and Luke talk about his KVIKS TV journey and Valheim, a game available on Steam that is part Minecraft, part Skyrim, part Runescape (for you boomers).

HAHA! Gacha!
The conversation continues with Mitchell, Chris, Camrenn, Nazz and Nathan! We talk about the Hide n Seek game from two winters ago (pre-COVID) and how Chris is the reigning champion. We also talk about the KVIKS TV Socials we used to have and possibly what we can do in the future. After a heartfelt plea for donations to the McChicken Fund, the cast and crew talk about Gacha games and if Lootboxes are considered Gacha.

"KVIKS TV Today, Tomorrow and Yesterday"
Today we tried to record multiple times throughout the school day, but of course, we keep getting interrupted. Luke and the techs briefly talk while the big iMac in the back updated, we catch up with Class of 2019 Alumnus Mackenzie Kahoonei where she talks about her KVIKS experience then reflected on what it meant to her. Later, we interview the students who participated in the broadcast of the 2022 Senior Parent Night!

"Might have taken it a bit far, but y'all get my point"
The adventure continues with Luke and Mitchell as Camrenn is added to the podcast just for the outro! However, work never seems to end! Once the first podcast was done, it was time to find music! Let's go behind the scenes of the KVIKS After Hours podcast to see the music selection that we have licenses for and how the feel totally matters when it comes to audio and video production. EVENTUALLY, Luke and Cammren join Tats, Pressley and Jazz to talk even more about stuff! I would summarize it more, but that spoils the fun. Happy listening! (Please excuse a little bit of Jazz' nono mouth)

DO YOU want to listen to our podcast?
Welcome to our first episode of KVIKS After Hours, we are so excited to get started. What you are hearing in this mis-matched first episode will be the original recording between Luke and the KVIKS TV, "DO YOU" Kid: Mitchell and a second recording after the first one was thought to be lost. It wasn't until after a re-record was made and uploaded where we found out that the original recording was in fact NOT LOST into oblivion. So please enjoy and visit our website, (when it works), to see how you can interact with us!
