This is a continuation of my kwentuhan with JV. We talked about the greatest lesson we learned in HS and went through a conversational path towards mental health. From him discovering that he has anxiety disorder to his journey in healing and everything in between. Having the same faith and similar experience on how our fellow believers have treated us because of our mental illness, it's encouraging to know that we have the same advocacy and vision. To be the person who would hear us during our loudest cry for compassion, understanding, and help.

19. What JV went through in Highschool
JV is my schoolmate back in high school. I have known him to be an introverted kid who's quiet, smart and shy. He is articulate and knows what he wants and does not hold back when asked. So, learning more about what he'd been through then, I can really say that his is the glow up that I admire and respect.

18. 15 things I learned before turning 30
Well what do you know, ganon ganon lang naka tatlong dekada na ako dito sa mundo. I used to think that "things I learned" keme are overrated kasi ang dami na gumawa but as I was reading through some articles na ganon, isip ko, "mmmm I can share mine too!" And so I opened my notebook and started scribbling down major things I've learned in life.
