<p>Het is juni en nat in de Morvan. De tuinman zou zeggen dat het weer 'groeibaar' is. De vogels zingen dat het een lieve lust is, maar.. aan het einde van de opname worden ze stil. Er is een andere vogel op komst. Een supersnelle Mirage van de Franse luchtmacht dendert over hun grondgebied. Want dit deel van de Morvan, zo rond Lormes, is laagvlieggebied. Le Grand Café Chez Carlos
<p>Midden in het dorpje Lormes, in Bourgogne, ligt het café van Carlos. Het is het bruisende hart van de gemeenschap. Elke dag, van 's ochtends half 8 tot 's avonds laat zit het vol. Dé plek voor de dorpelingen om bij te praten, een neutje te drinken, te gokken of gewoon even op te warmen. Wij komen er al jaren, élke dag dat we in Frankrijk zijn. <p>Het is een nat voorjaar geweest in Frankrijk. De weides zijn groen, de riviertjes en beken zijn nét wat breder dan normaal. Is dat erg? Nee hoor. Voor de vogels niet. Die fluiten dat het een lieve lust is. </p> <p>In deze opname hoor je dat het weer een beetje betrekt. Het begint wat te spatten (je hoort de druppels op de recorder vallen), later die middag ging het écht regenen. Aan het einde vliegt een vliegtuig over, ook dat hoort erbij.
