Il racconto di Ernestina Marelli (merlettaia) parte 1
Oggi ascolteremo le parole di Ernestina Marelli, merlettaia e presidente dell'Associazione novedratese per la Promozione del Pizzo, nata nel 1990 e insegnante della Scuola di pizzo nata l'anno successivo, riconosciuta da Regione Lombardia nel 1994, poi inserita nel Piano Annuale della Formazione Professionale. Nel 1998 l'Associazione ottenne la registrazione del marchio da parte del Ministero dell'Industria. Le merlettaie con queste iniziative hanno cercato negli anni di tramandare quest'arte tradizionale del nostro territorio alle nuove generazioni, anche attraverso il progetto promosso all'interno della scuola secondaria di primo grado, accolto con grande entusiasmo dai più piccoli.
