Episode 10: La Doppia Sfida dell'Inadeguatezza
<p>Non c'è niente di peggio che sentirsi inadeguati. E' come dire che il nostro posto non è qui, che siamo sbagliati per definizione. Irreparabili come un oggetto in vetro frantumato al suolo. L'inadeguatezza è un inganno sottile perché non passa solo per una dichiarazione di esclusione, ma anche attraverso le più dolci dinamiche inclusive, moderne, eroiche, guerriere, del nostro tempo. E' complessa perché invisbile come una polvere sottile che respiriamo e pensiamo di non avere dentro. Salvo poi farci stare male, farci sentire fuori posto. Episode 9: Diversamente Diversity
<p>Dire "diversità" non basta: dentro questa parola ci sono molti significati eppure a volte suona quasi vuota. Altre volte, al contrario, diamo alla diversità un ruolo non suo, eccessivo, pomposo, individuando nelle limitazioni dell'essere umano il ruolo dell'unicità. Non dobbiamo mai dimenticarci di diversificare: con le parole, con le persone, ma soprattutto con noi stessi!</p>

Episode 8: Affaticati di Resilienza
<p>Diciamoci la verità: ci sono quelli che hanno usato con orgoglio la parola "Resilienza" cercando di sembrare i più intelligenti nella stanza... E quelli che mentono. Io non mento: l'ho fatto un sacco di volte! Poi, però, ho iniziato a pensare al suo legame con i temi della Diversità e sono entrato nel merito del termine, trovando tante trappole. Non solo linguistiche ma anche rispetto ai valori espressi: oggi, se la pensiamo come quell'abilità di non cambiare mai, di tenere duro, di fronte alle avversità, non mi ci rivedo poi un granché... </p>
