Episode 6 | Bouncing Back from a Low Energy Week | Part 2
Our bad weeks are gateways to expansion.
What do we mean by this?
Building upon the previous episode, the challenges that we go through in our lives can easily pull us back into our smallness.
But - we recognise our power in these situations.
We have the power to decide...
To decide whether or not we allow ourselves to grow from those challenges.
To decide to continuously show up, even though we aren't at 100%.
To decide what our lives are going to look like and how we can move forward from our tough weeks.
You get to decide.
You get to design your life.
You get to desire all the incredible things.
You don't need someone else's permission, because there is no such thing as getting it "wrong".
AND - you have us, Lara + Anna + our community + your girlfriends, to hold space for you, to love you, to allow you to be all that you are, and to remind you that you are a freaking queen!
So pull up a seat! We’re about to share how our tough weeks + bounce backs, big visions, and safe spaces + relationships have been so fundamentally expansive for us.

Episode 5 | Bouncing Back from a Low Energy Week | Part 1
We were on Struggle Street, you guys!
With all that is going on in our lives and businesses, our energy is just not there this week.
We just feel so… off. And you know what, it’s alright.
In this episode, we talked about the heartbreak of rejection, working through exhaustion and sickness, disappointment from unmet expectations, dealing with fears & self-doubts - and most importantly, accepting all these as part of the big lives that we want to live.
We have to experience all of those emotions instead of bypassing them.
We honour them instead of suppressing them.
And we grow through them, instead of allowing them to get to us and make us retreat into our smallness.
This is what it's like building and living our big audacious lives. The journey is not glamorous all the time, but it sure is real and worth celebrating still.
Tune in! Join us in this conversation as we pull back the curtains of our lives.

Episode 4 | From Fake Confidence to Unshakeable Self-Trust
We take you on a trip down (embarrassing) memory lane of versions of Lara and Anna that are VERY different to who you see today.
Hear how we have deepened our self-trust to create authentic confidence that’s not based off our circumstances - but the unshakeable confidence where we feel that no matter what, we got this.

Episode 3 | Online Hate
We got our first hate comment - and we’re cheering!
Hear how we navigate through it, how we keep our ego in check, and how we’re doubling down on our commitment to championing women in their bold audacious goals (even if they don’t have the ‘qualifications’ to go for it).

Episode 2 | Rejection, heartbreak… and a failed trip to London
Buckle up, ladies and gentlemen!
We have gone really vulnerable in this episode. We talked about our own fair share of rejections and some very personal stories that we haven’t spoken much about in public… and a particular story about a certain CEO with a prettyyy popular diary…
Rejection is something that we experience universally as human beings, when we try and then we don't get some sort of recognition for our efforts.
We get minimised, overlooked, deprioritised. There's a lack of empathy that was shown to us in those moments.
We end up feeling so small and like... we're not good enough.
Yes, we can be upset and hurt and bitter about these things for some time. Eat a lot of chocolates, bawl your eyes out, speak to your girlfriend when you need to.
But in true Anna & Lara fashion, rejections won't bring us down. They don't dictate our true value in this world.
There are just lessons to be learnt from those experiences. And in the end, all we have left is gratitude for them and a new-found drive to really just go for it!
To never let anything disrupt or shake our self-worth, our inner knowing, our internal compass.
Listen in! There is a lot to expand on about rejection, how you can overcome this, and how you can connect back to your own inherent power.
