USA calling!
<p>Die Bombe ist geplatzt: Es geht über den großen Teich in die USA! Doch was erwartet Djamila dort eigentlich? Wo und mit wem wird trainiert? Und wieso denn jetzt ausgerechnet USA? Um zu verstehen, was uns zu diesem Schritt bewegt hat, müssen wir schweren Herzens natürlich auch die große Lücke seit der letzten Podcastfolge im Trainingslager auf La Palma aufarbeiten. Wir sprechen das erste Mal im Podcast gemeinsam über die Folgen und Auswirkungen der Corona-Impfung auf Djamilas sportliche Leistung und die vorher so vielversprechend angefangene Saison 2021. Also eine Achterbahnfahrt der Gefühle, in dieser Folge ist alles dabei! </p>

Servus aus La Palma!
<p>Hola aus dem sonnigen La Palma ( -nein, nicht aus Mallorca :-D)! Wir erzählen wie so ein Trainingslager in Corona-Zeiten ablaufen kann und warum es jetzt ganz besonders wichtig ist, dass Parkplätze vor Ort zur Verfügung stehen.</p> <p>Außerdem sind die Deutschen Hallenmeisterschaften in Dortmund passé und wir versuchen zu eruieren, warum ein Platz 4 in der aktuellen Hallensaison keine Startberechtigung für einen Start bei der Hallen-DM darstellte. Ahja, die Dortmunder Rundbahn - die bleibt ein ganz eigenes Thema. </p> <p>Als kleines Sahnehäubchen gibt es die Auflösung zu Djamilas kryptischen Instagram-Post anlässlich der Hallen-EM ganz ungeplant und gewohnt unverblümt dazu. </p> <p><br></p>

Warum drei missed tests die neue positive Dopingprobe sind
<p>Das heutige Thema ist nicht nur der Light Lockdown in Deutschland und dessen Auswirkungen auf die nationale Leichtathletik, sondern international natürlich auch das Vorgehen bei missed tests oder nennen wir es den "Fall Naser", der aktuellen Weltmeisterin über 400m.</p> <p>Und nicht zu vergessen: Djamila ist zurück in blau-weiß! Aber ganz neu im Trikot des TV Wattenscheid. Selbstverständlich bleibt auch Zeit über den Vereinswechsel zu sprechen und Svens Insta-Profil. Oder wer von euch hat Insta schonmal zu Ende geschaut? Und wenn wir schon beim Thema Insta sind - eure Vorschläge zum Podcast sind gefragt!</p>
