Welcome to the Laced Meditation Station
Episode One
Still coming to you Live from Tropical Drive...this episode explores the slowing of brain waves & helps you enter into the parasympathetic nervous system so you may go into rest & digest mode. Allowing you to help yourself heal & come back into Homeostasis.
May you release what no longer belongs in your mind, your body, your heart & your soul. May you realign with the divine. Allow all chakras, meridians, bones, muscles, body systems from the cellular to cosmic layer to relax & rejuvenate.
Remember that you came here to explore & experience existence. So take a deep breath. Go get cozy. Come into stillness & allow me to guide you on a gentle inward journey. The more you choose YOU the more the universe reflects this. One of the greatest gifts we could give ourselves is the opportunity to just BE.

Laced with a Metamorphosis
Welcome Back to Laced...coming to you live from Tropical Drive! It has been two years since I have touched this beautiful creation & now as we celebrate her 2nd birthday...it feels like a redemption song is in order!
As the infamous legend of all time Bob Marley sang: "Emancipate yourself from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our minds." -Redemption Song.
To rise into ALL you came here to truly be is one of the most difficult challenges life offers. In order to follow your true north, you must let your deepest desires come to the forefront. Your own mind can convince you the direct opposite & throw procrastination, distractions & unworthiness every step of the way. You must lead with your heart while still uniting with your mind, body & soul. There is great wisdom & epicness when one takes the WHOLE approach in life.
May this episode remind you it is TIME to start living out your passions. May it invite you to become the highest vibrational version of YOU & may it help you come back to your own LOVE.
Tune into the next episode for the full meditation.

Intro to theRAPy: An outlet to letting go of your feelings through writing your own Rap...Featuring Dick Sand
Tune into this radical episode of an introduction to theRAPy. It will help inspire you to write out your own poems & raps as a form of therapy; whether it is someone you're trying to get over or a situation you are trying to move through. It can help you with negative feelings as well as be an outlet for your own excitement. This episode dives into how I was able to get over a man I fell into the 'Dick Sand' with & ended up rapping it enough to not just move through the feels but also to ignite them into a new found friendship.
It also features another rap inspired by my meeting of The California Honeydrops, one of my all time favorite bands. (Go check them out wherever you stream music)!
The goal of this episode is to portray a way for you to navigate the waters of your life through writing and releasing as your canvas. Feel free to reach out for any inspiration or guidance in writing your own theRAPy! You got this baybee https://www.cahoneydrops.com
