And one of the things that I read in Scientific American, just to substantiate my claim here, is that women 45 to 54 experience the lowest point of happiness in their life. And I don't think that's by accident. I think that menopause has a lot to do with that. I think we, you know, we prize youth and wealth and thinness in this country more than anything. And we do not value the experience of age and experience and wisdom. And those are things that, you know, we kind of need to reframe.
